Caroline Bloch has joined the Microsoft France Management Board in April 2015 as the Director of Human Resources.
Caroline will be missioned to steer, develop and support the HR politics of the company and to further the actions taken by Microsoft France in an effort to maintain the wellbeing of the collaborators, whom she knows, as she has been interacting with them for almost 5 years.
Development and Career Management Director since 2011, Caroline has significantly contributed to the Department transformation and notably to the acquisition of Nokia. She has debuted her career in 1989 with Atos as a recruitment and Mobility Manager. After she worked for Microsoft France as a Human Resources Officer where she contributed to the recruitment, the mobility and the Talent management in the Client Support and the Sales and Customer Services divisions, she joined Mondelez (formerly known as Kraft Foods). She stayed for 16 years and held several positions: first, she was HR Manager for the French subsidiary. Then she became the Director for Development for France and Benelux in 2002. Finally, from 2008 to 2011, she was Director of Business Change in Europe when Kraft and Lu merged.
Caroline Bloch has degrees in Human Resources Management, Occupational Psychology, and Businesses and Administrations Management.
